Rural Sourcing, Inc. (RSI) is the leading provider of US-based software development outsourcing. As a mission focused organization, Rural Sourcing is committed to bringing IT jobs back to middle America. With six development centers, the company and its employees are making a positive impact on the community and the country.
For its Oklahoma City software development center, RSI chose the Rock Island Plow building for its strategic, downtown location and historical significance. The building was constructed in 1909 by the Rock Island Railroad Corporation of Chicago and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. In keeping with Rural Sourcing tradition and the vision of its CEO, Rural Sourcing chooses revitalized locations over brand new buildings in its efforts to reuse existing space to mesh American history with the future of technology.
Over the last decade, RSI has bridged the gap between businesses and professionals living and working in communities across the country and advanced our mission in bringing thousands of jobs back to the U.S. The RSI team has an average of 10 years of software development experience. Through the years, RSI has received numerous workplace awards—both on the local and national level—demonstrating the company’s commitment to delivering the best for its employees and customers.
