Suburban Neighborhoods

Nichols Hills is a city of 3,700 located within Oklahoma City limits. The area was first developed in 1929 and features some of the most valuable homes in Oklahoma City. Nichols Hills is popular with those looking for large footprint subdivisions, short commutes and good neighborhood schools: Nichols Hills Elementary has won the National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. Nichols Hills is also home to the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club.
