Lincoln Terrace is located near the Capitol on either side of Lincoln Blvd. The neighborhood features a wide variety of home styles from American Colonial to Tudor and Italian Revival. The first homes were built in 1918, shortly after the construction of the Capitol began. The proximity to the Capitol, innovation district and downtown make it an in-demand neighborhood.
