- Oklahoma City Public Schools English Language Services: The Office of English Learner Services is committed to student, teacher and parent success through the creation and implementation of innovative instructional language programs to produces language learners who are prepared to be successful citizens in a global community.
- Rose State College: Free English classes, workshops, and tutoring for adults.
- Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) FACE Center (Families and Community Education): Free English classes for adults and free High School Equivalency and GED classes.

- OIC of Oklahoma County: OIC's JUMP Academy course is designed specifically for non-native English speakers to help in a variety of areas, including conversational English, civics and citizenship, basic computer skills, work readiness, completing job applications, writing resumes, as well as working training and placement.
