First Fridays on the Paseo
Friday, Feb 6 | Evening | Paseo Arts District
Each First Friday, the Paseo Arts District opens its doors for themed exhibits, refreshments, guest artists, and live entertainment, all within easy walking distance. More than 80 artists participate across 25 local galleries and businesses, making it one of the most walkable and welcoming art nights in the city.
Located between NW 27th and 30th Streets and Walker and Hudson, the Paseo is Oklahoma City’s longtime arts hub and First Friday is the perfect excuse to explore it. Pop into a gallery, grab a drink, catch some live music, and stay as long or as little as you like.

Chocolate Decadence 2026
Thursday, Feb 5 | 6:30–9:00 PM | Leadership Square
Chocolate Decadence returns for its 28th year with an indulgent night of sweet and savory creations from some of the best restaurants in Automobile Alley and beyond. Guests can sample chocolate-forward dishes, enjoy live music and entertainment, and cast a vote for the People’s Choice Award to crown the night’s standout restaurant.
All proceeds benefit the Historic Automobile Alley Association, supporting community initiatives like public art, street amenities, neon sign grants, and the annual Lights On Broadway holiday celebration.

TJ Après
Now through Feb 28 | The Jones Assembly
The Jones Assembly brings back TJ Après for its fourth season, transforming its temperature-controlled patio into a cozy, alpine-inspired escape. Think après-ski vibes without the mountain, complete with lodge-style décor, warm cocktails, and plenty of photo-worthy moments.
The limited-time pop-up features themed food and drink specials like fondue, cacio e pepe crochettes, shotskis, mulled wine, and the signature 48-ounce frozen espresso martini known as the “Mountini.” The full Jones Assembly menu is also available, making it easy to settle in for a full meal or just a round by the fireplace.

Recess: A Try Improv Experience!
Wednesday, Feb 5 | 9:30–11:00 PM | OKC Improv
Recess is part improv show, part open invitation to play. Presented by OKC Improv, this interactive experience lets you choose how involved you want to be. Watch from the audience or put your name in the hat for a chance to jump on stage and try improv yourself.
The vibe is welcoming and low-pressure, making it a great fit for first-timers, seasoned improvisers, or anyone curious about what improv is all about.

Prairie Classic Quarter Horse Show
Feb 4–8 | Oklahoma State Fair Park
The Prairie Classic is one of the premier Quarter Horse events in the country, drawing top competitors from across the U.S. and Canada. Started in 2009 by the Kansas Quarter Horse Association, the show found its long-term home in Oklahoma City when it outgrew earlier venues, and the move proved to be a perfect fit.
Now recognized as one of the Top 10 American Quarter Horse Association circuits in the nation, the Prairie Classic regularly attracts exhibitors from nearly 30 states. Even if you are not deep in the horse world, the level of competition and scale of the event make it an impressive and uniquely Oklahoma experience.
