Elf The Musical, inspired by the beloved holiday film, arrives in Oklahoma City for a week of laughter, music and festive spirit. The story follows Buddy, who grows up at the North Pole believing he is an elf until he learns he is human and sets out for New York City to find his father. Along the way, he helps the city rediscover the joy of Christmas.
This touring production, based on the acclaimed 2024 Broadway run, has earned praise from national critics. The New York Times called it a show that “has cracked the code of all-ages comedy,” and The New Yorker noted it is “enough to make you believe in the magic of Christmas.” With upbeat music, heart and plenty of humor, Elf the Musical is an ideal way to start the holiday season.

The Devon Ice Rink returns for its 14th season, offering 5,500 square feet of real ice surrounded by twinkling lights and the festive atmosphere of the Myriad Botanical Gardens. Open seven days a week, this Downtown in December favorite provides a classic winter outing for families, couples and groups.
Hours: Monday through Thursday 3–9 p.m.; Friday 3–11 p.m.; Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Admission: $15 with skate rental • $10 with your own skates • $10 for military and members • Groups $12 (reservation required)
