Local parks and recreations departments
Chances are your local parks and recreation department offers recreational adult sports opportunities.
OKC’s, for example, offers basketball, baseball, slow-pitch softball and aquatics programs.
Midwest City also offers programs, including soccer and flag football.
Most of the programs also provide equipment and officials for games and tournaments.
Prices vary, so be sure to check in with your city’s department.
