It seems like every weekend something new pops up in Oklahoma City. This month won’t be any different, as the Independent Shopkeepers Association hosts its Pop-Up Market in Midtown on Saturday, April 15, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The one-day, open-air market will feature several, local small businesses and coincides with the district’s Midtown Walkabout, which draws more than the average number of visitors to the area. The pop-up event will be held at the corner of NW 10th Street and Hudson Avenue near Fassler Hall & Dust Bowl. The location is well known for the association’s seasonal Holiday Pop-Up Shops that attract shoppers from across the city and state.
The Independent Shopkeepers Association advocates for the continued growth of retail in Oklahoma City. The organization provides a platform for local, independent shopkeepers to network and educate one another on best practices.
