Oklahoma City loves horses

Hosting more equine events than anywhere else in the world, Oklahoma City has a deep love of horses. The shows bring fun for the whole family and have a major impact on the city’s economy, bringing in more than $126.5 million each year.

The Oklahoma City Fairgrounds offers equine and livestock shows, the perfect location in the middle of the country, making it ideal for national and world championship events.

If you’d like to check out one of the many shows that have come to Oklahoma City this year, the National Reining Horse Association is hosting their 2022 Futurity Show, the world’s largest reining show, Nov. 24 through Dec. 3.
