Step it to the Redbud Classic

For decades, the Redbud Classic has been an Oklahoma City staple for bringing fitness opportunities to our community while supporting local community partners. Now in its 38^th year, the 2021 Redbud Classic is taking its mission virtual on Sept. 11-12, but you can still sign up for fitness, fun and philanthropy at redbud.org. Virtual events in 2021 include 5k and 10k runs; a two-mile walk; a one-mile kid’s fun run and woof walk; and 10-mile, 30-mile and 40-mile cycling opportunities.

Since 1983, the Redbud Classic has attracted more than 300,000 registrants and donated more than $850,000 to local nonprofits. All proceeds from the event in 2021 will benefit the Oklahoma City Police Athletic League, an organization that provides athletic programs, leadership skills training and service opportunities for students and schools in Oklahoma City.
