After a brief hiatus due to the pandemic, the annual Red Earth Festival will return June 12-13 at the Grand Casino & Hotel’s Event Center just east of downtown Oklahoma City.
This will be the 35th year for the Red Earth Festival, one of Oklahoma’s premier annual events, and features American Indian artists and dancers from throughout North America. Unfortunately, the annual opening parade, billed as “America’s most unique parade” is postponed until later in 2021 but this year’s festival will not be short on events. This year’s festival will include:
- Red Earth Art Market & Adult Competition
- Lectures, demonstrations and activities
- Red Earth Dance showcase
