The past year has created a new level of stress. Lance Haffner, vice president of human resources for Heartland, and Kari Holden, Heartland's vice president of payroll sales, will share tips on managing the challenges faced by employees in an unrelenting year.

Creating a Culture of Inclusion, March 23, 3:30 p.m.
Increasing minority business suppliers is the topic for Creating a Culture of Inclusion, a new monthly series created in partnership with The Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City Inc. and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber. The series was designed to help create stronger dialogue and engagement among the Oklahoma City business community around issues of social justice and anti-racism.

A panel of local leaders will share their thoughts on Oklahoma City's entrepreneurial outlook and how Oklahoma City is encouraging entrepreneurship, and what Oklahoma City needs to add within its existing communities in order to be more successful.
Panelists include Evan Fay, Manager of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber; Nathaniel Harding, Managing Partner, Cortado Ventures; Jennifer McGrail, Director, Launch Pad FT, Francis Tuttle Technology Center and Tom Wavering, Executive Director, Tom Love Innovation Hub at the University of Oklahoma.
