If COVID has put a damper on your gym time, there are still lots of ways to stay in shape in OKC—and most won’t cost a thing!
Oklahoma City offers over 80 miles of multi-use trails. Whether its biking, walking, running or a little of all three, you’ll find plenty of trails to challenge your fitness and get you moving.
If it’s flexibility you’re looking for, check out Botanical Balance Yoga at the Myriad Botanical Gardens. Classes are free and held Tuesdays at
6 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
OKC Parks & Recreation’s outdoor fitness courts are available at four locations throughout the city. These world-class outdoor bodyweight circuit-training systems are designed for adults of all ages and abilities.
Virtual classes are now available at the YMCA. Free for members, classes are for all fitness levels and include HIIT, muscle conditioning, core workouts and yoga.
