Opening Night goes virtual

Oklahoma City’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration, Opening Night is bringing the party to YOU this year via free virtual livestream.

Live from the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, the Arts Council of Oklahoma City’s annual celebration will feature music, chalk art, mural painting, magic and more beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 31.

From your living room—or anywhere else—tune into the Arts Council’s Facebook page or YouTube channel to see the best of Oklahoma City’s artistic talent. And don’t forget the fireworks extravaganza at midnight. 

And if you’re feeling like a little exercise before you celebrate 2021 register for Opening Night’s VIRTUAL Finale 5K. From December 26 – December 31, run your race any time or place. Enter the raffle contest when you register and you could win the Finale 5K prize pack. Proceeds support the Arts Council of Oklahoma City.
