For more than two decades, Opening Night has been the place to ring in the New Year in Oklahoma City. Put on by Arts Council Oklahoma City, Opening Night features great food and music for the whole family in Downtown OKC.
This year’s entertainment includes Take Cover, The Allie Lauren Project, Edgar Cruz, OKC Improv, Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, OKC Philharmonic and more. Also several of the metro’s best food trucks will be there.
Party favors can be picked up inside the Ronald J. Norick Downtown Library and the Oklahoma City Museum of Art. Also, those who are 21 and older can keep warm with adult beverages in certain tents.
Wristbands are $8 in advance and can be purchased at MidFirst Bank and 7-Eleven stores around town. The night of wristbands are $10 and kids under five get in free.
