Car enthusiasts have been holding an Auto Show in Oklahoma City for more than 100 years. That's right, the first OKC Auto Show was held way back in 1917. This year’s OKC Auto Show will be held March 9-11 at the Bennett Event Center in State Fair Park.
The highlight of this year’s event will be the exhibit of a 1953 General Motors Futurliner. The Futurliner was a large dual-front wheeled display vehicle that crisscrossed the country in the early 1950s, part of a General Motors promotion called the Parade of Progress. Only 12 Futurliners were ever made. This year’s show will also have an exhibit of four rare 100-year old cars. You can find a full lists of events here.
