Alumni associations are a great way to make new connections when you move to a city. Obviously, the two major state schools, OU and OSU, boast large alumni groups in Oklahoma City, but a quick google search will find that many universities have an alumni presence in OKC. Not only do alumni associations offer connections to your classmates, but the opportunity to meet new people and share your knowledge with current students. Get connected with your university to learn about what’s going on and take advantage of the many opportunities they offer.
