Remember in elementary school when St. Patrick’s Day was that holiday where you would pinch people if they didn’t wear green? Well, it’s a lot more than that in OKC (although, the pinching is still very important, too).
Join in on the St. Patrick’s Day fun by heading to the Myriad Gardens on March 17 to learn about Irish heritage with music and fun crafts for kids. Or, head to Bricktown for the St. Patrick’s Day Block Party, where you can enjoy live music, great food and even a few surprises.
Feel like going to Midtown instead? Then head to McNellie’s for their annual St. Patrick’s Day Party for food, drinks and music. If you want to make a difference this St. Patrick’s Day, consider participating in the 7th Annual Run Lucky 5k on March 12. All proceeds benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
