Haunt the Zoo

If you’ve ever thought, “Hey, this trick-or-treating would be a lot better if it were amongst wild animals,” you’re in luck. But the Oklahoma City Zoo’s “Haunt the Zoo” is great for a lot of reasons besides the simple addition of fauna. For one, it’s six nights long, so you have six chances to trick-or-treat among the creatures. Second, you can be sure your kiddos are getting their hands on some safe treats. Third, you don’t have to worry about traffic or ill-tempered youths or other neighborhood shenanigans. Fourth, if you’re scared of animals, then it’s your one chance to get back at them by wearing a scary outfit and making them wonder what the heck they are looking at for a change!
