Each June a delegation from across Oklahoma travel to the annual BIO International Convention. In fact, many of OKC’s top minds are in San Francisco as you are reading this. Why are they half way across the country, you may wonder? They are networking and spreading the great news about OKC’s thriving bioscience community. In 2015, Oklahoma biotech companies, research institutions, universities and other organizations held 150 meetings with potential partners, investors, employees and more at the OKBio booth. Collaborative efforts like these help lead to long-term success for our companies and organizations, and that helps make for a healthy economy. To learn more about bio in OK, check out www.okbio.org.
