OKC researchers are putting the city on the map as a front-runner for bioscience and biotechnology discovery not only in the U.S., but globally as well. In fact, students travel from across the globe for an opportunity to take part in the prestigious Visiting Research Graduate Traineeship Program at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF).
Why is this important, you may ask? These world-class researchers have partnerships with some of the most well renowned universities in the country and could conduct their research anywhere, yet they choose to be in OKC. That is pretty cool, if you ask us.
