Quickly becoming one of the most fun annual traditions in Oklahoma City is the Oklahoma City Halloween Parade & Costume Party or OKCHPCP (just kidding we made that up). This year’s parade will take place Saturday, Oct. 31 starting at 7 p.m., in Automobile Alley.
The parade will feature parade-like things such as floats, marching bands, walking groups and cars except they will be spooky. However, don’t worry if you have a young one. This year’s parade aims to be more family friendly, and candy will be handed out by parade participants. The parade will start on N Broadway and 13th and end on N Fourth Street.
After the parade stick around for the Street Party along Automobile Alley. The party will feature games, food, drink and live music by Superfreak. The best part of the parade is that all proceeds from entry fees will be donated to the Allied Arts.
