The Dodger Dog is headed to the big O-K-C. What are we talking about? If you’ve been living under a rock the AAA baseball team in Oklahoma City (formally the Redhawks) is now an affiliate of the historic Los Angeles Dodgers and will now be called the Oklahoma City Dodgers.
The Dodgers are one of the most recognizable brands in all of sports. The franchise has won six World Series titles as well as 21 National League (NL) pennants.
The uniform and logo also have made the Dodgers unmistakable across the world. The Boys in Blue, as they are called, have had virtually the same uniforms for going on 70 years now. The best part is, they have incorporated the logo and color scheme into the new uniforms for Oklahoma City, and we think they look pretty swell. The merchandise is available now in the team store and makes a great holiday gift. We here at Better Life HQ might have already picked up a hat or two (maybe three).
