Looking for a one-of-a-kind gift? Downtown in December offers a plethora of opportunities for retail therapy. The Deluxe Winter Market in Leadership square will feature more than 60 vendors with local and handmade goods, crafts, home decor, art, food and other specialty items.
More than 30 Oklahoma-owned shops and an urban Christmas tree will be showcased at the holiday pop-up shops in Midtown. Shops rotate weekly through a set of geodesic domes at NW 10th and Harvey, next to Bleu Garten. The holiday shopping village is open each weekend, beginning this Friday.
The Winter Shoppes at Myriad Botanical Gardens offer a complete family experience including on-site ice skating, a selection of boutique-style vendors and the breathtaking views of the gardens and Crystal Bridge. You can even enjoy a carousel ride while you’re here. The Myriad Botanical Gardens is hosting a variety of holiday-related events from scavenger hunts to wrapping parties.
Of course, Oklahoma City offers shopping options that are incredibly diverse. From high-end shops at 50 Penn Place, Penn Square Mall, Quail Springs Mall or Classen Curve to funky local shops on Western Avenue or in the Plaza District, OKC offers more than you might imagine.
