Beer and science. At first glance, those are two words that don’t seem to go together. But leave it to the fine folks at OKBio to find a way to merge the two. When you think about it, brewing is really all about science: it’s just chemical reactions.

This is all about the 3rd annual Brewfest this Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. You can learn all about the science of brewing beer by sampling more than 15 local breweries for just $25.
