No one gets in a more festive Independence Day spirit than Oklahoma City communities. Check out the events below for details on the many firework-watching options you have for the upcoming weekend.
Red, White & Boom! – State Fair Park will host a free Oklahoma City Philharmonic concert at 8:30 p.m. followed by fireworks at approximately 10 p.m. on July 3.
Yukon’s Freedom Fest – Just northwest of Oklahoma City, the City of Yukon is playing patriotic host to their annual Freedom Fest. Family fun abounds during the day, and fireworks will top off festivities on both July 3 and 4 at 10 p.m.
Bethany Freedom Festival – Enjoy one of the largest digitally mastered fireworks displays in the state at 9:55 p.m. in Bethany’s Eldon Lyon Park on July 4.
Edmond Liberty Fest – This weeklong festival was selected as one of the top 10 places to be in America on July 4 by CNN and USA Today. Catch the noteworthy fireworks on July 4 at 10 p.m. near the UCO Campus.
Bricktown 4th Fest – Enjoy live music on the Chevy Stage at the corner of Sheridan and Oklahoma avenues in Bricktown followed by a 9:30 p.m. fireworks show.
