Baby, You’re a Firework

Posted by: Greater Oklahoma City Chamber on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 12:00:00 am

With the nation’s Independence Day coming up this weekend, now is the time to pick your perfect perch for watching firecrackers light up the sky. Lucky for you, Oklahoma City loves to celebrate the Fourth, so from family festivals to rooftop bars, you are sure to find the perfect place to party like it is 1776.

Come July 4th, you will certainly have your pick of the litter in terms of fireworks displays. Surrounding communities will set the sky afire with the boom and sparkle of pyrotechnics. Each of the following locations have great outdoor spots (except for Vast where we must demand that you stay inside, seeing as it’s on the 50th floor of OKC’s tallest building) where you can enjoy food, drinks and a great view of the sky’s shenanigans.
