The 28th annual Red Earth Festival, celebrating Native American arts and culture, kicks off this week. This year, the festival will be held at Remington Park on Thursday through Saturday (June 5-7), with the traditional parade at 9 a.m. on Friday downtown. A full schedule of events including live music, dance competitions, an arts market, native food and more can be found at http://www.redearth.org/red-earth-festival/.
