A Stinging Good Time

Let’s be honest, the Oklahoma City Zoo is one of the coolest zoos in the country. With more than 1,800 animals spread over 119 acres there is a lot to like. Only one thing could make the zoo cooler than it already was: stingrays. Well we are in luck because Stingray Bay is now open.

You heard it right; you can now interact with one of the most awesome animals of the ocean as they glide through a 16,000 gallon, two-feet deep saltwater pool. Also, have no fear of the rays that sting. The stingrays have their barbs trimmed and are harmless.
