Spread the Puppy Love

Ready for some puppy love? Or do cats strike your fancy? In an effort to help with overcrowding issues at local shelters, the Central Oklahoma Humane Society has developed the Stepping Stones foster program that we've deemed a win-win. The animals win by getting a cozy place to call home until they find a forever home. And you win by gaining a temporary (or permanent if he or she tugs at your heart strings enough to earn an adoption) furry friend to run around with. To make the offer even more enticing, the Humane Society will provide you with the necessary food, supplies (crates, toys, leashes, etc) and veterinary needs your new playful pal might need. All you have to do is provide a loving environment (i.e. tummy rubs, walks, ear scratches and the like) for the pet you choose to bring home with you. Not sure that fostering a pet is right for you?
