If you’ve been in Oklahoma for more than a minute, you might have noticed that we’re all about community. This week presents a super simple and effective way to make a difference for Oklahoma families with the Letter Carriers Food Drive for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Saturday, May 14.
Watch your mailbox for a plastic bag left courtesy of your mail carrier. Rummage through your pantry or hit up the non-perishables at the grocery store and toss a few canned goods in that bag. The more you give, the more you can help your mail carrier buff up for the summer – and the more you can help fight hunger and feed hope in Oklahoma.
You can even volunteer to help at your local post office as the mail carriers unload their bounty.
