When did you move to and/or back to Oklahoma City? Where did you come from?

I moved to Oklahoma City from Castle Rock, Colorado. I’ve lived in Colorado almost my whole life. I have also lived in places such as Japan, California, and North Carolina where I was stationed.

What has been the biggest surprise about OKC to you?

My biggest surprise was the broad range of things to do. There is great golfing, fishing, race tracks, and entertainment around OKC. My favorite thing to do is checking out all of the local food places.

What is your favorite thing about living in OKC?

My favorite thing so far is the weather. I like the heat and humidity. It was a nice change from the dry weather in Colorado. I love the Oklahoma culture; everyone is laid back and easy going. It’s easy to meet people with a broad range of interests.

What would you say to someone thinking about moving to OKC?

If you like nice people and a comforting environment, make the move. There are also other large cities close by with great experiences as well.

How has your experience with Kratos been?

I started in April 2019 and the experience has been great. My coworkers are knowledgeable and diligent. The opportunities are endless with Kratos. Getting to witness the entire manufacturing process from start to finish has been the best part so far. Kratos offers room for self-growth and growth within the company itself. Working at Kratos feels like a smaller company where you’re capable of making decisions that impact processes and make you feel like your decisions play a large role in the company.
