Girl Power

Fun, funky and fabulously feminine, the Girlie Show makes a triumphant return to Oklahoma City from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 4, and noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5, at the Farmer's Public Market, 311 S. Klein. Featuring art, jewelry, clothes and other items from more than 40 female artists, this eighth annual party isn't just for girls. Count on great music courtesy of an array of local female performers and a mouth-watering assortment of food – including Aunt Pittypat's, Big Truck Tacos, Café Nova, Earl's Rib Palace, Rococo, Sara Sara Cupcakes, Trattoria Il Centro and The Whole Enchilada Café, to name a few – that knows no gender.

Friday tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door, while Saturday tickets are $4 and available at the door only. You can purchase tickets online or at Blue Seven at N. May Avenue and Grand Boulevard, and DNA Galleries in the Plaza District.
