Since 1953, Dale Rogers Training Center, Inc. (DRTC) has provided employment for individuals with disabilities through paid vocational training, in-house programs and work opportunities. Originally founded as a safe and caring educational community for those with developmental disabilities, the training center is the largest of its kind in the state of Oklahoma and currently employs 1,100 people a year — 900 of those are employees with disabilities.

The agency uses its entrepreneurial spirit to teach self-sufficiency to its trainees, with the belief that disability does not mean inability to contribute to the community.
